How Looking For a Vacation Rental Turned Into a Small Obsession

It started innocently enough. We were planning a trip for our family of 5 and decided to check out renting a VRBO instead of 2 hotel rooms. The online search began and I was mesmerized. There were so many beautiful properties with photo upon photo of the interior rooms, the yard, and the neighborhood. What should have taken a few hours turned into a few days as I searched for the perfect place!
Shortly after our vacation, we decided to put our house on the market and look for a new home. Once again, I fell into a deep obsession with studying all the photos! From the comfort of my couch, I could essentially go to open house after open house while still in my PJ’s drinking coffee!
